3rd Annual Mule Fest
August 8, 2019 @ 11:30 am - August 11, 2019 @ 10:00 pm
You may have heard of the Moscow Mule, an American classic cocktail… that iconic copper mug instantly sparks a craving for the zip of ginger, tang of fresh lime and kick of crystal clear vodka. Now a staple recipe in any bar, Mules are no longer limited to only one flavor, or event to just one liquor. It is the perfect balance of sweet, sour and spice. A carefully-crafted Moscow Mule will be the most gracious of accompaniments to your summer day.
Every August, we celebrate this infamous cocktail. This year, with our newly-added and very extensive cocktail program, Mule Fest 19 is sure to be better than ever with twists on the classic cocktail and two nights of live music.

LIVE MUSIC
The Hip Billys, Thursday at 7pm. Craig Sorseth and Tom West make up the soulful HipBillys duo. They’re experienced performers and songwriters, having performed a wide variety of music styles such as Folk, Blues, Country, Classic Rock & Bluegrass in the Northwest for 40+ years. Their ‘Heartfelt Hipbilly’ music is popular in the local craft brewing and winery circuits. We are stoked to welcome them back to Tap & Growler for this excellent event.
Jim Carr, Saturday at 7:30pm. Young Jim Carr got his nickname back in the late 80’s when he was a roadie for a touring band called Little Woman. While on the road he bought a guitar from a second hand store and started playing. Working for the band Little Woman taught Young Jim that there is more to music than what is on the radio.. The most influential person for Young Jim is Portland Or. Hall of Fame inductee Jerry Joseph who indirectly taught Young Jim that the music must come from the heart to convey truth.
Mark your calendars!
